Ordering
To begin an order, click the ORDER link from the menu bar above. You will be prompted to complete a Custom Questionnaire form to gather all the necessary details/information required to begin the design process. You will have the option to submit your wording at that time, or you can always email wording later to contact@pinkshedesigns.com.
Sample wording will be used for mockup preparation if personalized wording is not submitted with your questionnaire. Once your questionnaire details are received, the first mockup will be emailed within 3-5 business days, for your review and approval.
Pricing/Payment
For ALL orders a Non-Refundable deposit will be required to begin the design process.
[$50 Deposit - All Print Orders] [$25 Deposit - All Social Media/DIY orders]. The remaining payment will be required upon Approval of your mockup. We accept payment through PayPal only. You can pay via PayPal with any major credit card.

Mockup Approval
A digital Mockup Proof will will be provided for your design. Up to 3 rounds of changes can be made at no additional cost. A $5.00 fee will be added for each additional round of changes. Be sure to review your design carefully, and check for spelling, grammatical errors, etc. Once a Mockup is approved, no further changes can be accepted or made.

Turnaround Time
Once we receive your Approved Mockup with final payment, your order will go into production. Production for all orders take approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.

Shipping
All orders ship U.S. Postal Service, Priority 2-3 day shipping. For items that ship together, only 1 shipping rate will apply. For example: 25 invite/reply sets, and 25 Direction cards ship out together in Medium box = $10.00 shipping fee total. Please Contact us for any request to Expedite production/shipping, as additional cost may be required. Hand Delivery available to local New York areas in, BK, QNS, and LI only, however availability must be confirmed.
